Date and time of the event
The doors and the ticket office open Thursday September 16 at 10 a.m., they will remain open until Sunday September 19 at 10 a.m.

We will allow early check-in on Wednesday September 15 to guests this year at $ 25 per person. Early Arrival Passes can be purchased at the door or online. Doors for early arrivals will open at noon and close at 10 p.m. on Wednesday. The doors will reopen at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

Our opening ceremony begins Thursday noon (September 16); The music and the festivities will begin after the opening ceremony and will continue until Saturday, September 18. See Music program.

General RV information
Recreational vehicles must have a parking pass which can be purchased online or at the ticket office during opening hours. The RV pass is a supplement to the admission price, you must have an RV pass with your VIP or General Admission ticket. RV passes don’t automatically come with electrical hookups, but you can purchase RV passes that have electrical hookups. The electrical connection spaces are very limited.

Arrangements on site
We will have serviced port-a-johns, designated water stations, medical first aid unit, ice cream, food concessions (many food preferences), art and craft galleries and distributors automatic of all kinds. Please do not purchase from unregistered suppliers. If you would like to purchase a walking vendor pass, you can purchase it at the box office for $ 100.

There is a general store on site which is very well stocked with camping gear, food, and various other supplies.

Family information
All children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times. Children 10 and under are free. 11+ are full price. We have designated family camping areas available on request, with daily family activities including kids’ yoga, and located next to an on-site playground.

-BE SAFE AND HAVE AN AMAZING TIME !!!
-Please respect the property, clean up all garbage and dispose of all recyclables in their proper containers.
-Please respect your neighbors. Please respect the space and property of your neighbors. Keep the music loud to a minimum, especially during the late hours.
-NO glass
-NO bad vibrations
-NO violence and / or weapons: aggressive conduct towards customers or festival staff will result in immediate expulsion from the event
-NO alcohol consumption by minors
-NO illegal substances of any kind
-NO fireworks
-NO unregistered sales: it is forbidden to sell anything to anyone without a prior seller’s license.
-The walking vendor passes cost $ 100 in addition to your admission price and will be available at the box office during opening hours.
-No dogs / pets are allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs.
– ADA camping areas are available, please ask our gate staff for placement on arrival
-Fires are authorized on site but they must be well contained and must be extinguished if they are not supervised, including embers.
