A brand new music, arts, theater and comedy festival is coming to Canary Wharf in July – 12.05.22

  • festival14 will run from Thursday July 21 to Sunday July 24, with a full lineup announced in June
  • The four-day event will see live music, theatre, dance, comedy and children’s activities held across the estate
  • Most acts are free
  • Plenty to keep those with kids entertained, from a family rave to a range of children’s activities

A brand new arts festival is coming to London this summer at Canary Wharf’s festival14. Will take place from Thursday 21st to sunday 24and In July, festival-goers will be spoiled for choice with a vast program of music, theatre, comedy, dance and children’s activities.

Most acts will be free-to-air and will transform the Wharf’s many parks, plazas and open spaces by hosting a stunning line-up of artists and performers from around the world. The full program will be announced in early June.

Music lovers should head to Canada Square Park where the event’s main stage will offer a wide and diverse program of free music. All tastes are catered for with music from new and emerging talent, world-class DJs, classical music, jazz and soul artists and a gospel choir.

The music will continue in Jubilee Park where some of the capital’s best street artists will perform live, as part of Canary Wharf’s partnership with Busk in London.

Those looking for theater will find that Westferry Circus has been transformed into an intimate open-air theater with Shakespearean plays, evening comedy and a family rave – while cabaret, comedy and storytelling can be found at Crossrail Place Roof Garden .

When it’s time to refuel, there will be a street food market open daily in Montgomery Square, offering a range of delicious food from around the world. Guests can also head to one of Canary Wharf’s many bars, restaurants and cafes, some of which will be offering specials over the festival weekend.

Most events are free on a first-come, first-served basis. Some events are chargeable, so festival-goers are invited to consult the full program in advance, which will be announced in June.
